LavaCast Pvt. Ltd. has set up a state of the art automated, fully machined Ferrous Iron Foundry at Kalol, Panchmahal, Gujarat. With an installed capacity of 29,000 Tonnes per annum, LavaCast Pvt. Ltd. will manufacture fully machined components in both Grey and SG Iron.

WHO WE ARE
LavaCast Pvt. Ltd. is an integrated automated foundry with a fully automated machine shop of Setco Automotive Ltd for manufacturing high quality automotive grade fully machined finished castings components. Setco with a current market share of 85%, is the preferred OE supplier to almost all the commercial vehicle manufacturers in India – Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Daimler India, Volvo Eicher, MAN, AMW to name a few.
Setco manufactures and markets its proprietary LIPE brand of clutches for the medium and heavy commercial vehicles worldwide. Today Setco is the third largest M&HCV clutch manufacturer in the world.
The Casting manufacturing facility has been set up as a joint venture in technical collaboration with Lingotes Especiales SA of Spain, which was established in 1968 and is one of the leading Ferrous Casting manufacturers in Europe. Having an installed capacity of 170,000 Tonnes per annum of both Grey Iron and SG Iron, Lingotes is OE supplier of casting components to some of the biggest names in the automobile industry – GM, Ford, Fiat, Volkswagen, Renault, Peugeot Citroen, Deutz, TRW, John Deere, ZF Sachs, Valeo amongst others.
LavaCast Pvt. Ltd. will produce high quality fully machined Ferrous Casting components for in-house requirement of Setco Automotive for its Clutch Cover, Pressure Plate, Release Bearing Housings as well as to meet external customers requirement for Brake Disc, Brake Drum, Brake Caliper, Turbo Housing, Engine Bearing Cap, Exhaust Manifold, Flywheel, Steering Knuckle and many such components.
Lingotes Especiales was setup in 1968 as an iron foundry in Valladolid, Spain. Installed Production Capacity – 100,000 Tonnes / Annum. OE Supplier of Brake Discs, Brake Drums and Flywheels.
